Licensed architectural services led by AIA-credentialed architects. We work from initial concept through coordinated construction documents, with builder-aware detailing throughout. Every sheet is drafted with constructability and code compliance in mind. Deliverables include floor plans, elevations, sections, roof plans, window and door schedules, architectural details, finish schedules, and stamped construction document sets.

Structural Engineering

Foundation, framing, and lateral systems for residential projects. Our structural team coordinates directly with architectural intent so the structural set you receive is already integrated, not retrofitted. Deliverables include framing plans, foundation plans, beam and column schedules, shear wall layouts, connection details, structural calculations, and stamped construction document sets.

MEP and Title 24

MEP and Title 24 are available as an add-on to a structural engineering engagement. We do not take on MEP-only projects. When layered on top of structural, routing and compliance work is coordinated against the structural set from the start. Included: HVAC layouts, electrical plans, panel schedules, plumbing routing, equipment schedules, Title 24 energy compliance documentation, and coordination overlays against the structural set.

We work on residential projects across the full range of new builds, remodels, and ADUs. Combined architectural, structural, and Title 24 engagements carry a $65,000 minimum on one-off new builds. ADU structural engineering is a flat $6,000.
