Our structural engineers hold PE licenses covering 48 states, and our architects are licensed in California and Idaho. Most projects are coordinated remotely against local jurisdiction requirements, with site visits arranged where the scope calls for them.
What is the difference between an architect and an architectural designer?
An architect is licensed by the state and can stamp construction documents. An architectural designer produces design work under the supervision of a licensed architect. At Spacial Services, every set is reviewed and stamped by a licensed architect regardless of who drafts it.
Do you work with homeowners directly, or only builders and architects?
Both. Homeowners hire us for new builds; builders, architects, and developers engage us as their ongoing structural engineering and architectural partner.
